Accountability Pods: For People Who Want More Than Weekly Check ins

A small, fixed group where your goals are tracked, challenged, and followed through
Designed for those who want deeper commitment, consistency, and real follow through.

Stuck in the same loop?

You know exactly what you want to work on. You set goals. You start the week with good intentions. Then life gets busy, energy dips, and the week disappears.

Nothing blows up. There is no big failure. You just end up in the same place again.

That is what wears people down. Not failing, but repeating the same week and wondering why nothing is really moving, even though you care and you are trying.

Most people are not afraid to start. They are afraid of looking back months from now and realising they stayed stuck because there was nothing forcing consistency.

Staying the same is rarely a choice. It happens when nothing holds you to your word.

What are Accountability Pods?

Accountability Pods are small, structured groups designed to help you follow through on what you say you will do.

This is not a course, coaching programme, or motivational space. It is a practical system built around weekly commitments, consistent check ins, and being accountable to the same people over time.

Most people already know what they should be doing. What they are missing is a structure that makes follow through unavoidable. That is exactly what the pods provide.

If you are serious about making progress, and you know you do better when others are holding you to account, this is built for you.

How does it work?

The Accountability Pods are designed to be simple, structured, and effective. There is no theory overload or complicated systems. The focus is on showing up, stating your commitments clearly, and following through with the support of your pod.

Each pod is made up of a small group of people who meet regularly and hold each other accountable in a consistent, respectful way. Over time, this structure helps you build the habit of doing what you said you would do.

  • Weekly accountability pod meetings with the same small group
  • Daily check ins to maintain focus and momentum between sessions
  • A clear 2 month commitment to build consistency and follow through
  • Next cohort starts on 18th January 2026
  • Meets every Sunday at 5pm UK, 9am PT, 12pm ET, 6pm Europe
  • Limited pod sizes to ensure everyone is seen and supported

This is not about perfection. It is about building rhythm, learning from what happens each week, and continuing to show up. That is how accountability becomes a skill, not a struggle.

Next Cohort Schedule

The next Accountability Pod cohort runs for two months, with weekly calls held on Sundays. All sessions run at the same time each week.

Joining the Accountability Club came at the perfect moment in my life. After years of travel and big changes, I knew I needed to ground myself and reconnect with what truly mattered.

From the very first meeting, I found clarity realizing that my focus for the year needed to be my health.

The weekly pods and the supportive community have helped me commit more deeply to my goals and explore new sides of myself in a safe, encouraging space.

It’s more than just accountability, it’s a space for growth, experimentation, and real connection.

Who runs the programme?

The Accountability Pods are run by the core Accountability Club team, the same people who have been hosting weekly accountability sessions and supporting members across the community.

This is not a hands off or self managed group. Each pod is set up with clear structure, expectations, and a format that keeps sessions focused, respectful, and productive.

The role of the team is to hold the container, keep standards high, and make sure accountability stays supportive, not awkward or performative. That way, members can focus on doing the work instead of figuring out how the group should function.

You are not being coached or told what to do. You are being supported in doing what you said you would do, within a structure that works.

What kind of goals should I bring?

You do not need a perfect goal or a long term plan. You just need one thing you know matters and keeps getting pushed aside.

This works best for goals that need consistency and follow through, not one off bursts of motivation.

If it has been sitting on your list for weeks or months, and you keep telling yourself you will get to it, it probably belongs here.

  • Business or work goals, projects you keep delaying, starting, or not finishing.
  • Health and fitness goals, building routines, staying consistent, or restarting properly.
  • Personal projects, writing, learning, creating, or studying without momentum.
  • Habits and behaviour changes, focus, boundaries, structure, or daily discipline.
  • Life admin and clarity goals, decisions, systems, or things you have been avoiding sorting out.

If you care about it and it requires you to show up each week, it is a good fit.

Find motivation that lasts

Lost your spark? You are not alone. We all hit moments where motivation slips away and it feels hard to get going again.

Motivation does not always strike out of the blue. More often, it is built slowly through connection, accountability, and celebrating small wins along the way.

Inside The Accountability Club, we help you reignite your drive, set meaningful goals, and keep going, even when it feels tough. Because real motivation is not about hype, it is about support, progress, and knowing you do not have to do it alone.

Drive productivity

Struggling to stay on task or finish what you start? You are not lazy. You might just need a better system of support.

Inside The Accountability Club, we help you build productive habits, set realistic goals, and create a rhythm of consistency that actually works for you. It is not about hustle or perfection. It is about steady action.

Real productivity is not about doing more for the sake of it. It is about doing what matters, doing it well, and doing it in a way that fits your life.

Set milestones

Big goals can feel overwhelming. That is why breaking them down into smaller, manageable steps makes a real difference.

At The Accountability Club, we help you turn your ambitions into achievable milestones. This gives you something concrete to aim for and makes it easier to measure your progress.

With the right support in place, you can celebrate small wins along the way and stay motivated every step of the journey. Progress becomes not just possible, but something you can see and feel.

Gain inspiration

Feeling stuck? It happens to all of us. But when you surround yourself with people who are making progress, it becomes easier to believe in your own momentum.

Inside The Accountability Club, inspiration is not just a buzzword, it is built into the culture. Members share their breakthroughs, celebrate each other’s wins, and speak openly about the struggles too.

That honesty is where the spark lives. Whether you are in a dip or just need a reminder that progress is possible, this is the place to reconnect with your drive.

Build consistency

Success doesn’t come from bursts of effort, it comes from showing up again and again.

That’s how habits form, and that’s how real change happens. With weekly check-ins, peer support, and a structure that keeps you engaged, you’ll start to build the muscle of consistency.

Whether it’s working on a goal, building a habit, or just staying in motion, showing up becomes second nature. Accountability turns effort into rhythm, and rhythm into results.
