At The Accountability Club, our mission is simple: to help you grow with support, not shame. We’re here to provide mental health-friendly accountability that empowers you to take meaningful action, build sustainable habits, and move forward in a way that actually feels good. We believe personal development should be rooted in compassion, not perfectionism. Our goal is to create a community where growth is celebrated, rest is respected, and showing up, even imperfectly, is more than enough.

Sunil Kumar

Sunil Kumar

Founder

With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Sunil has built, scaled, and explored more than 50 businesses across diverse industries, including two successful exits. He started the Accountability Club because he personally needed accountability, and saw the potential in building a space where others could find the same.

As founder, he leads the vision and direction of the community, creating a place where entrepreneurs and goal-driven individuals connect, support each other, and make real progress. His passion for building communities and inspiring growth is at the heart of everything the club stands for.

Day to day, Sunil steers the evolution of the club and fosters an environment of accountability, connection, and action. His goal is simple: to help members follow through on what matters most to them.

Shanti Fernstedt

Shanti Fernstedt

Facilitator - Europe

By day, Shanti is a travelling solopreneur, passionate about authentic living, mindset growth, and taking action for change. She has been part of the Accountability Club since the very beginning, helping shape its culture and guiding members through their journeys.

As one of the club’s core event hosts (Europe-based), she brings powerful tools, techniques, and a grounded approach to goal-setting and accountability. You’ll often see her leading sessions, creating space for reflection and progress, and bringing a touch of her unique energy to every event.

Beyond her hosting role, Shanti brings a deep understanding of mindset, habit change, and modern spiritual living, helping members align their inner growth with real-world results.

Corey Bruins

Corey Bruins

Facilitator - US

Corey operates at the intersection of design, storytelling, and human connection. With more than 20 years’ experience in creating immersive experiences, from large-scale summits to digital storytelling, he knows how to turn ideas into engaging, actionable narratives.

As one of the US-based event hosts for the Accountability Club, Corey brings a strategic, creative energy to the community. Whether leading an event or helping members see their challenges through a fresh lens, he inspires clarity and momentum through the power of story and design.

When he’s not hosting, you’ll find Corey bringing an audience-first mindset to everything he does. His passion for helping people connect to their own goals and potential makes him an invaluable part of the team.

Julia Tomasini

Julia Tomasini

Community Manager

Julia is a passionate coach, facilitator, and narrative practitioner. She helps people set meaningful goals, build sustainable habits, and become aware of the stories that shape their actions. Having lived in five countries, she brings a deep empathy and understanding of diverse journeys to her work.

As the community manager for Accountability Club, Julia plays a vital role in guiding and nurturing the community. She helps members feel heard, supported, and connected, while also steering the overall community experience so that every member gets the most out of their time in the club.

Julia’s mission is to create a space where authentic connection happens — where members can grow, overcome challenges, and thrive with the support of others around them. Her ability to foster impactful conversations makes her a true cornerstone of the club’s community spirit.
